I am a big fan of getting credit cards and cancelling them before I am charged an annual fee.  This is one of my favourite credit cards, the PC Financial World Elite Master Card, best of all it is free.  It is part of Canada’s favourite loyalty program and is also one of all Canadians’ favourite credit card.
